Maltagliati con pioppini e pomdorini

Ingredienti: 200g di farina, 2 uova, 200g di pioppini, 200g di pomodorini, 100g di canestrato, 1 spicchio di aglio, basilico e rosmarino q.b., sale e pepe q.b., olio extravergine di oliva q.b. Mondare i funghi, rosolarli con dell’olio extravergine e l’aglio in camicia. A parte, saltare i pomodorini in padella con un filo d’olio e le erbe fresche. Regolare di sale e pepe. Impastare la farina con le uova, stendere la sfoglia, tagliarla in modo irregolare e ricavare i maltagliati. Cuocere in acqua bollente salata, scolare e saltare in padella con i pioppini ed i pomodorini. Spolverare con il canestrato grattugiato e servire.

Easy Beer Bread Mix Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
<br>- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1/4 cup brown sugar
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
<br>- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
<br>- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
<br>- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375  degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch baking pan.
<br>step 2: In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Pour in the beer, and mix just until moistened. Transfer to the prepared baking pan. Top with the melted butter.
<br>step 3: Bake 45 to 55 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

Double Layer Chocolate Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 ½ cups skim milk
<br>- 2 (1.4 ounce) packages fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix
<br>- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
<br>- ½ cup Neufchatel cheese
<br>- 1 tablespoon white sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon skim milk
<br>- 1 ½ cups lite frozen whipped topping
<br>- ⅛ cup grated semisweet chocolate (optional)
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Combine 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix in a bowl.  Beat with an electric mixer until thick.  Spread pudding into pie crust.
<br>step 2: Beat Neufchatel cream cheese, sugar, and 1 tablespoon milk with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.  Spread over chocolate pudding.  Sprinkle with grated chocolate.  Cover, and chill for at least 3 hours.

<br>- 2 cups flaked coconut
<br>- 1 cup packed brown sugar
<br>- 2  eggs

<br>step 1: Grind nuts and dates.  Mix 1 1/2 cup coconut and remaining ingredients.

Ingredients
<br>- 4 pounds venison ribs
<br>- 2 bay leaves
<br>- 2 tablespoons butter
<br>- 1 onion, chopped
<br>- 1 stalk celery, chopped
<br>- 2 cups water
<br>- 2 cups ketchup
<br>- 1 lemon, juiced
<br>- 1/2 cup white vinegar
<br>- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
<br>- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
<br>- 2 tablespoons dark molasses
<br>- 1 teaspoon chili powder
<br>- 1 teaspoon black pepper
<br>- salt to taste
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ribs and bay leaves, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 hours.
<br>step 2: To prepare the barbecue sauce:  While meat is simmering, heat butter in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Saute onion and celery until tender. Stir in water, ketchup, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and molasses. Season with chili powder and black pepper. Reduce heat, and simmer for 2 hours.
<br>step 3: Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Drain meat, and arrange in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt, and cover with barbecue sauce. Roast in preheated oven for 2 hours, basting every 1/2 hour.
