Toll House® Mini Morsel Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 cup NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
<br>- 1 tablespoon baking powder
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 3/4 cups milk
<br>- 2 large eggs
<br>- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
<br>- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
<br>- powdered sugar
<br>- strawberries
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: COMBINE flour, morsels, baking powder and salt in large bowl.  Combine milk, eggs, vegetable oil and brown sugar in medium bowl; add to flour mixture.  Stir just until moistened; batter may be lumpy.
<br>step 2: HEAT griddle or skillet over medium heat; brush lightly with vegetable oil.  Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle; cook until bubbles begin to burst.  Turn and cook about 1 minute longer or until golden.  Repeat with remaining batter.
<br>step 3: SPRINKLE with powdered sugar; top with strawberries.

Meat Pie (Tourtiere) Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 ½ pounds ground pork
<br>- 1 large baking potato
<br>- 1 large onion, minced
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
<br>- 1 dash ground allspice
<br>- ½ cup water
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust deep dish pie
<br>- 1  egg
<br>- ¼ teaspoon paprika
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Bake the potato until done, 30 - 45 minutes in a preheated 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) oven.  Peel and mash the potato.
<br>step 2: Place the potato, ground pork, onion, spices and water in a large frying pan and simmer until very thick, for about one hour.
<br>step 3: Meanwhile, prepare your pastry.
<br>step 4: Line a deep-dish pie plate with pastry.  Spoon in filling, spreading evenly.  Cover with top crust.
<br>step 5: Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with paprika, if desired.  Cut steam vent.  Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).  If edges brown too fast, cover with a strip of foil.  Serve warm.

Cinnamon Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/4 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick®
<br>- 1 cup whole wheat baking mix
<br>- 2/3 cup buttermilk
<br>- 2 cups HERSHEY®'S Cinnamon Chips
<br>- 1 cup cinnamon coated raisins
<br>- 3 tablespoons melted butter
<br>- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon melted butter
<br>- 1 tablespoon water
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a food processor, process cinnamon chips until coarsely ground. Remove 1/2 of the chips, and continue to process the remaining chips until finely ground.
<br>step 3: In a large bowl, whisk together baking mixes, 1 cup coarsely ground cinnamon chips, and raisins. Make a well in center, add buttermilk, and stir just until dough comes together.
<br>step 4: Turn dough out onto a lightly floured, flat surface.  Knead gently for 1 minute.  Flatten dough to a 8x10 inch rectangle. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with finely ground cinnamon chips.  Starting from one long side, roll up the dough.  Pinch seams and ends to seal.  Slice roll crosswise into 8 equal slices, and arrange in a 9x13 ungreased baking pan.
<br>step 5: Bake 12 minutes, until lightly golden.  In a separate bowl, stir confectioners' sugar, 1 tablespoon melted butter, and water until smooth.  Drizzle glaze over hot  biscuits.

Sweet Potato Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ¼ cup milk
<br>- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- ½ cup butter
<br>- ¼ cup white sugar
<br>- 1  egg
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- ½ cup honey
<br>- 1 cup peeled, shredded sweet potato
<br>- ½ teaspoon baking soda
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Combine sugar and butter or margarine.  Blend in egg, honey, and sweet potato.
<br>step 3: Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.  Blend in butter mixture and milk.
<br>step 4: Drop from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.  Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.

Spicy Shredded Beef Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
<br>- 1 pound lean beef chuck, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
<br>- 1 clove garlic, minced
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Heat the oil in a large skillet. Brown beef cubes for 10 to 12 minutes. Reduce the heat, add the garlic, salt and cumin. Cook another 15 minutes.
<br>step 2: Add the can of tomatoes and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add water to the skillet as needed to keep the mixture from boiling dry.
<br>step 3: When cooked very tender, cool, then shred the meat using 2 forks. Place back on heat and stir until most of the liquid has evaporated.
<br>step 4: If planning to freeze, cool  before packing in freezer bags and placing in freezer.
<br>step 5: For soft burritos, top a warm flour tortilla with the meat mixture, salsa, and grated cheese.
