BUSH'S® Sweet Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (28 ounce) can BUSH'S® Original Baked Beans
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) can BUSH'S® Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) can BUSH'S® Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
<br>- 1 (15.2 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
<br>- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
<br>- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
<br>- 1 pinch cinnamon
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Mix ingredients in large saucepan. Cook until warm, stirring occasionally.
<br>step 2: Serve as a side with your favorite grilled dish, warm or at room temperature.

Christmas Maple Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 1 cup brown sugar
<br>- 1 cup heavy cream
<br>- 1 teaspoon maple flavored extract
<br>- 1 teaspoon butter
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: In a large glass bowl, stir together the white sugar, brown sugar, cream and maple extract. Place in the microwave, and cook for 11 minutes on full power, or until a candy thermometer registers 234 - 240 degrees F (112 - 115 degrees C). Do not microwave the thermometer.
<br>step 2: While the fudge is cooking, fill the sink with 2 to 3 inches of cold water, and add a few ice cubes if you like. When the fudge has cooked, place the bowl into the cold water, being careful not to get any water into the mix. Stir in the butter, and continue stirring until the mixture is thick enough to wrap around the spoon. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square dish, and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cut into small squares, and store in the refrigerator.

Cherry Coconut Bars Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- ½ cup butter
<br>- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
<br>- ½ teaspoon baking powder
<br>- ¼ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
<br>- ½ cup flaked coconut
<br>- ½ cup maraschino cherries, quartered
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
<br>step 2: With your hands, mix together 1 cup flour, butter and confectioners sugar until smooth.  Spread thinly (with fingers) on bottom of 8 x 8 x 2 inch square pan.
<br>step 3: Bake about 25 minutes.
<br>step 4: Meanwhile, lightly beat eggs and stir all remaining ingredients into the eggs.  Spread over cooked base and bake about 25 minutes more.  Cool.
