5-Ingredient Mock Cherry Pie Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 2 cups cranberries

<br>- 1 (15 ounce) package double crust ready-to-use pie crust

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Place raisins and water in a saucepan, and allow to soak for 20 minutes.  Stir in the cranberries and sugar; bring to a simmer.  Cook until the cranberries are soft, about 10 minutes  Pour into prepared pie shell, and cover with top piece of pastry. Seal the edges and flute if desired. Cut a few small holes in the top to vent steam.
