Almond Chocolate Coconut Cookies I Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flaked coconut
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup toasted and chopped almonds
Directions
step 1: Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla gradually. Add coconut and flour; mix well.
step 2: Stir in chocolate chips and almonds; drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
step 3: Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Remove and cool.
