Applesauce Cake VI Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 3 teaspoons baking powder
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking soda
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
<br>- 4  eggs
<br>- 2 cups white sugar
<br>- 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
<br>- 2 cups applesauce
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Make a well in the center and pour in the eggs, sugar, oil, applesauce and vanilla. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.
<br>step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
