Apricot Chicken III Recipe
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can apricot nectar
- 1 (14 ounce) can apricot halves, drained
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
step 2: Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
step 3: In a small bowl mix together soup mix and apricot nectar. Pour over chicken.
step 4: Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes.
step 5: Sprinkle apricot halves over chicken and cook another 5 minutes.
