Apricot Honey Glazed Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup Apricot KERNS® from LIBBY'S® All Nectar
<br>- 1 tablespoon honey
<br>- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
<br>- 1 pound baby carrots
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: COMBINE nectar and cornstarch in small bowl; mix until smooth.
<br>step 2: COOK carrots in boiling water for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Return to pan and add honey, butter and salt. Add nectar mixture and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until apricot glaze is thickened.
