Apricot Mustard Glazed Ham Steak Recipe
- PAM® for Grilling
- 1/4 cup apricot spreadable fruit
- 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
- 2 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steaks, about 1 pound each
step 1: Spray cold grill and utensils well with cooking spray. Position grill 3 to 4 inches from heat. Heat grill according to manufacturer's suggestion.
step 2: Make glaze: stir together spreadable fruit, mustard, and onion.
step 3: Place ham steaks on grate and grill 2 minutes. Turn steaks over, lightly brush with glaze, and grill 2 minutes. Turn steaks again, brush with remaining glaze and grill 2 minutes or until done.
