Artichoke Dip I Recipe
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (6.5 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
step 2: In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan, artichoke, mozzarella and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish.
step 3: Bake 30 minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned and bubbly.
step 4: Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
