Aunt Kathy's Cheese Wedges Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
<br>- 1 cup mayonnaise
<br>- 1/2 cup butter, softened
<br>- 1 cup chopped black olives, drained
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
<br>- 6 English muffins, split

<br>step 1: Gently stir together the Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, butter, olives, seasoned salt, and curry powder in a bowl.
<br>step 2: Preheat oven broiler.
<br>step 3: Lightly toast the English muffins in a toaster. Spread each muffin with a portion of the cheese mixture. Arrange muffins on a large baking sheet.
<br>step 4: Broil topped muffins under the broiler until the cheese bubbles, 3 to 5 minutes. Cut into halves to serve.
