BB's Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 6  skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
<br>- 6 slices Swiss cheese
<br>- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
<br>- ½ cup cooking sherry
<br>- 1 (12 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
<br>- ¾ cup butter, melted

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).  Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
<br>step 2: Lay chicken breasts in the bottom of the pan and place a piece of Swiss cheese on each breast.
<br>step 3: In a small bowl or measuring cup combine soup with sherry.  Pour over chicken.
<br>step 4: Combine stuffing and melted butter; spread over chicken.
<br>step 5: Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 60 minutes.  Uncover and bake for another 60 minutes.
