Baby Food Cake III Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 ½ cups white sugar
<br>- 3  eggs
<br>- ¾ cup vegetable oil
<br>- 2 (4 ounce) jars plum baby food
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking powder
<br>- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
<br>- 1 cup chopped walnuts
<br>- ¼ cup applesauce

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
<br>step 2: Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Set aside.
<br>step 3: In a large bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and oil. Beat until smooth. Mix in baby food and nuts. Beat in flour mixture alternately with applesauce. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
<br>step 4: Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
