Bagel Bread Recipe

Ingredients <br>- 1/2 cup milk <br>- 1/3 cup water <br>- 1 egg <br>- 2 1/4 cups bread flour <br>- 1 tablespoon white sugar <br>- 1 teaspoon salt <br>- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast <br><p></p>Directions <br>step 1: Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic White Bread cycle; press Start. <br>step 2: After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on metal rack and allow to cool one hour before slicing. <br>
