Baked Brie and Buttercrisps Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese
<br>- 1 (18 ounce) jar peach or apricot preserves
<br>- Freshly chopped chives
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) box Keebler® Toasteds® Butter Crisp Crackers

<br>step 1: Place Brie in 8x8x2-inch (1-1/2 quart) glass baking dish.
<br>step 2: Bake at 325 degrees F for 5 minutes or until soft.
<br>step 3: To serve, top a Toasteds(R) Buttercrisp Cracker with a small slice of cheese. Add a dab of preserves. Sprinkle with chives.
