Baked Rockfish Recipe

Ingredients <br>- 1/2 cup pesto <br>- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice <br>- 1 carrot, finely chopped <br>- 1 leek, chopped <br>- 2 pounds drawn rockfish <br><p></p>Directions <br>step 1: Heat oven to 375 . Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. <br>step 2: Mix pesto, lemon juice, carrot and leek. Place fish in dish. Spread vegetable mixture over fish. <br>step 3: Cover and bake about 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. <br>
