Baked Shells in Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1/2 cup seashell pasta
<br>- 1 cup tomato sauce
<br>- 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
<br>- 1/4 cup crumbled firm silken tofu
<br>- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
<br>- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.  Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
<br>step 2: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
<br>step 3: In a medium bowl combine tomato sauce, mushrooms and tofu.  Stir in cooked pasta.  In a separate, small bowl combine mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
<br>step 4: In a small casserole dish layer pasta mixture and cheeses.
<br>step 5: Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
