Baked Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 large zucchini, cut lengthwise then in half
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
<br>- 1 cup sour cream
<br>- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
<br>- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
<br>- paprika to taste

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Bring a large pot of water to a boil.  Add zucchini and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and scoop out seeds.
<br>step 3: In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic.  Spoon mixture into zucchini halves and sprinkle with paprika.
<br>step 4: Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until heated through.
