Barbecue Turkey Burgers Recipe
- 1 pound Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Hunt's® Hickory and Brown Sugar Barbeque Sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- PAM® For the Grill
- 6 hamburger buns
step 1: Preheat grill for medium high heat.
step 2: Combine ground turkey, onion, 1/4 cup barbeque sauce, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined and form into 6 patties.
step 3: Coat cold grill rack with cooking spray and place over hot coals. Cook patties 10-12 minutes, turning frequently for even cooking and browning. Baste with remaining barbeque sauce and serve on toasted buns.
