Best Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup water
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 cup instant rice
<br>- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
<br>- 1/4 cup chopped onion
<br>- 1/4 cup chopped celery
<br>- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
<br>- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
<br>- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
<br>- 1/2 cup diced process American cheese

<br>step 1: In a saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in rice; cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
<br>step 2: In a skillet; saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add to rice. Add soup, broccoli and cheese.
<br>step 3: Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
