Best Marinara Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 1 cup chopped onion
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 2 stalks celery, chopped
<br>- 1 1/2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
<br>- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
<br>- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
<br>- 1 teaspoon dried basil
<br>- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
<br>- salt and pepper to taste

<br>step 1: Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.  Stir in onion, garlic and celery and cook until soft.  Pour in tomatoes and tomato paste, stir, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.  Stir in parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; simmer 15 minutes, uncovered.  Serve.
