Best Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 ½ cups pumpkin
<br>- ¾ cup white sugar
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
<br>- 3  eggs, lightly beaten
<br>- 1 ¼ cups milk
<br>- ⅔ cup evaporated milk
<br>- 1 recipe unbaked 9 inch pie crust

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. Blend in the eggs, milk and evaporated milk. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
<br>step 3: Bake in the preheated oven 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a metal rack before serving.
