Betty's Best Hot Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- ½ cup cashews
<br>- 1 cup mayonnaise
<br>- 1 small onion, grated
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
<br>- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
<br>- 1 cup crushed potato chips

<br>step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, celery, cashews, mayonnaise, onion, salt and lemon juice. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, then top with shredded cheese and potato chips.
