Black Glutinous Rice Porridge Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 2/3 cups water
<br>- 1 pandan leaf
<br>- 3/4 cup black glutinous rice
<br>- 1/2 cup brown sugar
<br>- 1/4 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 cups coconut milk

<br>step 1: In a saucepan bring water and pandan leaf to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove pandan leaf and stir in brown sugar and white sugar. Continue to cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the coconut milk and remove from heat.
