Blender Chocolate Mousse Recipe
- 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup hot milk (160 degrees F/71 degrees C)
- 3 tablespoons brandy
step 1: In an electric blender container, combine chocolate chips, sugar and eggs. Blend. Add hot milk and brandy. Blend until smooth. Pour into 8 demitasse cups or other small serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
