Blueberry Cheesecake Pie (2 Extra Servings) Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 READY CRUST® 2 Extra Servings Graham Cracker Crust
<br>- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
<br>- 1/2 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.  Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon in a mixing bowl.  Mix on low speed.  Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
<br>step 2: Place crust on baking sheet. Pour mixture into crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until set.
<br>step 3: Cool. Spread blueberry filling on top.  Chill 3 hours.
