Blueberry Cheesecake Pie (2 Extra Servings) Recipe
- 1 READY CRUST® 2 Extra Servings Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon in a mixing bowl. Mix on low speed. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
step 2: Place crust on baking sheet. Pour mixture into crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until set.
step 3: Cool. Spread blueberry filling on top. Chill 3 hours.
