Braunschweiger and Nut Ball Recipe
- 1 pound braunschweiger liver sausage
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound chopped walnuts
step 1: In a bowl, mix the braunschweiger, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/3 of the walnuts by hand. Form into a ball, and refrigerate 30 minutes, or until firm. Roll in the remaining walnuts to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
