Breakfast Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
<br>- 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/2 cup brown sugar
<br>- 1/4 cup margarine, softened
<br>- 1 egg

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 9x9 inch baking pan.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, stir together oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together brown sugar and margarine. Beat in egg. Stir mixtures together just until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.
<br>step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean.
