Broccoli Chicken Recipe
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- ½ cup milk
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts until cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
step 2: Combine the milk and cream of broccoli soup; pour over the chicken. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for a few more minutes. Stir in Cheddar cheese until well blended, and remove from heat. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
