Broccoli Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
<br>- 4  skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
<br>- ½ cup milk
<br>- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
<br>- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
<br>- salt and pepper to taste

<br>step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts until cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
<br>step 2: Combine the milk and cream of broccoli soup; pour over the chicken. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for a few more minutes. Stir in Cheddar cheese until well blended, and remove from heat. Serve immediately  over rice or noodles.
