Capresse Couscous Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/3 cups water
<br>- 2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules
<br>- 1 cup couscous
<br>- 1/4 cup prepared pesto
<br>- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
<br>- 2 large balls of fresh mozzarella, sliced
<br>- 1/4 cup olive oil
<br>- 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Bring water and chicken granules to a boil in a small saucepan. Take pan off heat, add couscous and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes, add the pesto and toss to mix.  Place a mound of couscous on each of 4 plates and surround with alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with basil.
