Caribbean Fudge Pie III Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ¼ cup butter, softened
<br>- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
<br>- 3  eggs
<br>- 8 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
<br>- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
<br>- 1 teaspoon rum flavored extract
<br>- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 cup chopped walnuts
<br>- ½ cup walnut halves
<br>- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate until melted. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth.
<br>step 2: Cream butter or margarine and sugar till fluffy.  Beat in eggs, one at a time.  Add melted chocolate, coffee, and rum; mix well.  Stir in flour and chopped nuts.  Pour filling into pie shell, and decorate with walnut halves.
<br>step 3: Bake for 25 minutes.  Remove pie from oven, and cool completely.  Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
