Cheddar Jalapeno Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined and butterflied
<br>- 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into strips
<br>- 3  fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded
<br>- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
<br>- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning TM, or to taste
<br>- 2 pounds thick cut bacon
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Cut the jalapeno peppers into thin strips. Place a strip or two of jalapeno pepper and cheddar cheese inside each shrimp.
<br>step 2: Sprinkle the stuffed shrimp with garlic powder and Old Bay Seasoning TM. Wrap each shrimp with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
<br>step 3: Grill over medium high heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until firm.
