Cheddary Artichoke Snacks Recipe
- 20 slices French bread, toasted
- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1 (10 ounce) package CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, thinly sliced
step 1: Top toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.
step 2: Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion.
