Cheddary Artichoke Snacks Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 20 slices French bread, toasted
<br>- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
<br>- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
<br>- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
<br>- 1 (10 ounce) package CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, thinly sliced

<br>step 1: Top toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.
<br>step 2: Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.  Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion.
