Cheese Wizards Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound lean ground beef
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) jar processed cheese sauce
<br>- salt and pepper to taste
<br>- 16 ounces cocktail rye bread

<br>step 1: Preheat the broiler.
<br>step 2: Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble.
<br>step 3: In a medium bowl, mix together the beef, processed cheese sauce, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture  on the slices of cocktail rye.
<br>step 4: Place the slices on a large baking sheet, and broil 5 minutes, or until the cheese sauce is melted.
