Cheesy Beer and Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients <br>- 2/3 cup beer <br>- 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese <br>- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour <br>- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained <br>- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro <br>- salt and pepper to taste <br><p></p>Directions <br>step 1: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring beer to a boil.
