Cheesy Ranch New Red Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 12 small new red potatoes, scrubbed and halved
<br>- 1 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
<br>- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Place potatoes in a large saucepan over medium heat, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes, or until tender; drain.
<br>step 3: Place cooked potatoes on an ungreased cookie sheet with the cut side up. Spread a spoonful of dressing on the top of each potato half. Sprinkle with cheese, and lightly dust with pepper.
<br>step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
