Cherry Chambord Butter Recipe
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 grated zest of one orange
- 1 cup cherry preserves
step 1: In a food processor with a steel blade, blend the butter, cream cheese, Chambord and confectioners' sugar.
step 2: Stir in, by hand, the orange zest and cherry preserves. Chill and store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
