Cherry Chambord Butter Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1/2 cup butter, softened
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
<br>- 2 tablespoons Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
<br>- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
<br>- 1 grated zest of one orange
<br>- 1 cup cherry preserves
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: In a food processor with a steel blade, blend the butter, cream cheese, Chambord and confectioners' sugar.
<br>step 2: Stir in, by hand, the orange zest and cherry preserves.  Chill and store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
