Cherry Pie II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1  pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
<br>- 2 ½ cups pitted sour cherries
<br>- ¾ cup white sugar
<br>- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 tablespoon butter
<br>- 1 pinch salt

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
<br>step 2: Mix the sugar, flour, and salt; toss with the cherries, mixing well. Pour the cherry filling into the pie shell, and dot with butter.
<br>step 3: Weave strips of pastry into a lattice top. Place the pie on a baking sheet.
