Chile for Tamales Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 20  dried red chile peppers - washed, with stems and seeds removed
<br>- 5 cups water
<br>- 1 teaspoon dried, crushed Mexican oregano
<br>- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
<br>- salt to taste

<br>step 1: Wash dried peppers and remove stems and seeds. Place in a blender or food processor with the water, oregano, garlic, and a pinch or two of salt.
