Chili Without The Beans Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 pounds lean ground beef
<br>- 1 onion, chopped
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
<br>- 1 (29 ounce) can diced tomatoes
<br>- 4 cups water
<br>- 6 potatoes, diced
<br>- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

<br>step 1: In a large pot, brown the meat, and then add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
<br>step 2: Pour in the tomatoes and water.  Add the potatoes.  Cook for 45 minutes.
<br>step 3: Add hot sauce, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.  Before serving stir in chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley.
