Chinese Ham Stew Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (5 pound) pork leg, cut into bite size pieces
<br>- 4 ounces dried wood ear mushrooms
<br>- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
<br>- 10 cloves minced garlic
<br>- 4 cups water

<br>step 1: Wash garlic and leave skin intact; wash and soak all of the mushrooms until soft.
<br>step 2: Put the pork, mushrooms, soy sauce and garlic in a large pot. Add water, put heat on low, and let simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
