Chinese Lion's Head and Sesame Spinach Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound lean ground chicken
<br>- 1 (4.9 ounce) package RICE-A-RONIĀ® Chicken & Broccoli Flavor
<br>- 3 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 1 (2 inch) piece ginger, grated
<br>- 1 slice ginger
<br>- 1 1/2 teaspoons Chinese oyster sauce
<br>- 3/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
<br>- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
<br>- 2 teaspoons toasted Asian sesame oil
<br>- 4 green onions (scallions) chopped
<br>- 1 (6 ounce) package pre-washed spinach leaves
<br>- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
<br>- 2 tablespoons cilantro or Chinese parsley, torn (optional)

<br>step 1: Combine chicken, Rice-A-Roni Chicken & Broccoli, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, sugar, and egg whites. Form twelve chicken meatballs.
<br>step 2: Heat a wide non-stick skillet, or flat-bottomed wok over medium heat. Brown step 3: Add spinach and simmer until spinach has wilted and Lion's Heads are cooked through.
step 4: Serve, garnished with sesame seeds, and optional cilantro.

- 2 teaspoons toasted Asian sesame oil
- 4 green onions (scallions) chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) package pre-washed spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons cilantro or Chinese parsley, torn (optional)

Directions
step 1: Combine chicken, Rice-A-Roni Chicken & Broccoli, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, sugar, and egg whites. Form twelve chicken meatballs.
step 2: Heat a wide non-stick skillet, or flat-bottomed wok over medium heat. Brown "Lion's head" balls in vegetable and sesame oils. Add green onions, a slice of ginger, water and Special Seasoning, as directed on package. Cook 25 minutes.
step 3: Add spinach and simmer until spinach has wilted and Lion's Heads are cooked through.
step 4: Serve, garnished with sesame seeds, and optional cilantro.
