Chococonut Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup butter
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- ½ cup light brown sugar
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
<br>- 2 cups flaked coconut

<br>step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and coconut. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
<br>step 3: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
