Chocoholic Frolic Pie Recipe
- 1 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 14 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
step 1: In a medium bowl, mix crushed wafers and melted butter until well blended . Press mixture into a 10 inch quiche dish.
step 2: Place chocolate and cream in the top of a double boiler. Heat over low heat, stirring, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
step 3: Pour chocolate into crumb crust and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
