Chocolate-Cran-Oat Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup butter
<br>- 1 cup packed brown sugar
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 2 cups rolled oats
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 cup whole wheat flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 ½ cups dried cranberries
<br>- ½ cup white chocolate chips
<br>- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375  degrees F (190 degrees C)
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the rolled oats, flour, whole wheat flour,  baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the cranberries, white chocolate chips and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
<br>step 3: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
