Chocolate Chess Pie I Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ¼ cup butter, softened
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
<br>- 1 ½ cups white sugar
<br>- ⅔ cup evaporated milk
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

<br>step 1: Blend together butter or margarine, eggs, cocoa, sugar, milk, and vanilla with a hand mixer until smooth.  Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
<br>step 2: Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until set.  Let cool before slicing.
