Chocolate Chip Cookies VI Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ¾ cup butter, softened
<br>- 1 ½ cups white sugar
<br>- 1  egg
<br>- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
<br>- 1 ½ cups finely chopped zucchini
<br>- 3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking powder
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
<br>- ½ cup chopped walnuts
<br>- ¾ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in the zucchini. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; stir into the zucchini mixture. Mix in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
<br>step 3: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are light brown. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
