Chocolate Chip Muffins II Recipe
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 muffin cups.
step 2: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time then stir in the milk, yogurt and vanilla. Blend in the flour, then fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop batter into the prepared muffin cups.
step 3: Bake in prepared oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Move to a wire rack to cool.
