Chocolate Frosting III Recipe
- 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
step 1: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and beat in confectioners' sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth, adjusting consistency with milk or sugar, if necessary.
