Chocolate Soup II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 5/8 cup white sugar
<br>- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
<br>- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
<br>- 4 cups milk
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- salt to taste
<br>- 3 slices white bread
<br>- 1/4 cup margarine

<br>step 1: Combine sugar, flour and cocoa.  Put under broiler to brown, stirring frequently.  Remove from heat.  Add a little milk until creamy.  Cool.
<br>step 2: Heat the  remainder of the milk to boiling.  Gradually stir in cocoa mixture, bring to a boil.   Add vanilla and salt to taste.
<br>step 3: Cube the bread, and fry golden brown in the butter or margarine.  Serve with the hot soup.
